Tailored Support (16–17)

Support designed in line with statutory care responsibilities for 16–17-year-olds, ensuring legal and developmental needs are fully met.

Co-Created Support Plans

Care plans developed collaboratively with the young person, local authority, and key professionals to ensure relevance and ownership.

Therapy Room

A calm, structured space for emotional support and therapeutic sessions tailored to individual needs.

Sensory Room

A dedicated environment supporting emotional regulation for young people with ASD, trauma, or anxiety.

Enhanced Care Packages

High-needs placements supported with 2:1 staffing, crisis planning, and risk-led care strategies.

Trauma-Informed Staff

Support Services – Frequently Asked Questions

Where appropriate, yes — we welcome constructive involvement to support the young person’s progress and stability.

Each individual has a personalised support plan and progress is reviewed regularly through documented goals, feedback, and keyworker input.
